Gaia Alaimo

Born in 1992, Gaia Alaimo is the Founder of Your Millennial Mentor and a CIPD certified HR professional. After graduating in International and Diplomatic Sciences and joining the Italian board of the international organization AIESEC, Gaia worked in Marketing and HR between Milan, London and Belgrade in Impact Hub, Apple and Gi Group. In 2019, she founded Your Millennial Mentor with the goal of helping young Italians find and build their way in the world of work. Thanks to its outreach and mentorship efforts, which in 2019 involved more than 30 young professionals from diverse backgrounds, today Your Millennial Mentor's social channels are followed by more than 20,000 students and recent graduates.
