Andrea Amadori in 2018 took the reins of the family business that bears the name of his grandfather, Frantoio Francesco Cillo, and since then has been committed to spreading and transmitting to the world the knowledge of an Italian excellence such as extra virgin olive oil and its culture. Today Andrea, as general manager and owner of the company, blends the ancient tradition of the olive mill with innovation, carrying on the family passion and values, beauty and respect for the landscape and care for the experience.
