Adriano Solidoro is a member of CRIET (Inter-University Research Center for Territorial Economics) at the University of Milan-Bicocca, where he teaches Organization and Management of Human Resources. He works on organizational change, innovation management, decision-making processes, critical thinking and scenario planning.
He conducts research and teaching in the field of new media theory and techniques at the University of Milano Bicocca; he is author of Multimedia Publishing.
