A native of Bologna and father of two little girls, he has always been involved in sales and marketing in large multinationals in the medical field (e.g., Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic).
Today he holds the position of CEO of the Japanese giant Olympus.
His passion for personal growth also led him to deal for years with neuroscience, working with leading Italian neurologists and neurosurgeons, with a special focus toward coaching and social sustainability.
