He is the founder and former CEO of Job Club, a social startup that has helped thousands of people search for and find jobs together, and has trained hundreds of professionals in active job seeking. A two-time TEDx speaker (@TEDxUdine 2024 and @TEDxAlessandria 2016), he has spoken at numerous events and conferences on work and social innovation. He is the author of four books and manuals on work (latest publication: “Working Is for Boomers - From the Cult to the Culture of Work”) and is also a contributor to Huffington Post Italy on topics related to work and social innovation.
He has worked as a trainer and consultant in various organizational and corporate contexts, helping to develop effective work cultures, and has also served as an event moderator. He delivers courses in career orientation and life design, as well as effective communication.
