Co-founder Food Hub
He earned his PhD at the Food Science campus in Cesena (University of Bologna), where he conducted several studies to evaluate the potential of emerging technologies for developing innovative, high-quality food products with an extended shelf life. He strongly believes in the importance of progress in the agrifood sector; for this reason, together with his business partner Francesco De Carolis, he founded Food Hub Srl SB - the first Italian organization that drives innovation in the agri-food sector through three key pillars: information, education, and open innovation.
