Enzo Lattuca

Mayor of the City of Cesena (FC)

Born in Cesena on February 9, 1988, he is the father of two children.
He graduated in 2007 from Liceo Scientifico "Augusti Righi" high school in Cesena, and in 2012 he received his Master's degree in Law from the University of Bologna, discussing a thesis in Constitutional Law entitled "The powers of the President of the Republic in the formation, crises and activity of the Government." Subsequently, in 2017, he obtained - again at the University of Bologna - the degree of Doctor of Constitutional Law, discussing a thesis on "Parliamentary Law, a study of the practice of the 17th Legislature of the Chamber of Deputies."
Parallel to his study activity, from 2009 to 2013 he was a City Councillor of Cesena and, from 2013 to 2018, a Member of Parliament of the 17th Legislature (member of the I Commission "Constitutional Affairs and the Presidency of the Council" and of the Council of Elections of the Chamber of Deputies).
Since 2018, he has collaborated with the Chair of Constitutional Law of Prof. Andrea Morrone at the University of Bologna in carrying out teaching and research activities.
In the June 9, 2019 elections (runoff round), he was elected Mayor of Cesena with 55.74% of the vote.
