Carlo Albini

Graduated in Electronic Engineering in Pavia, Carlo Albini began his path in consulting with experiences in Ernst & Young, A.T. Kearney and EDS, devoting himself, in particular, to technology-enabled transformation projects.
He joined Enel in the HRO function in 2006, and has held several managerial positions both abroad and in the Group's Holding Company, to deal between 2015 and 2018 with Organizational Development, playing a key role in the Group's most recent transformations. During a stint abroad on behalf of the Group, Carlo was Head of People and Organization for Enel Romania, before returning to base during the pandemic and becoming Head of People and Organization Innovability for the Enel Group, a role he still holds. Carlo Albini will be among the guests at Young Campus Transformation Benefit.
