Born in 1990, I graduated from the Hospitality Institute of Forlimpopoli. The main stages of my professional career were an internship at Lido Lido in Cesenatico in 2007, two years at La Frasca in Milano Marittima between 2010 and 2012, and finally five years at Hostellerie Le Phébus in Joucas, Provence, where I eventually held the position of Head of Kitchen. Since December 2019, I have been the owner and chef of Ristorante Essentia in Castrocaro Terme.
