Andrea Davide Arnaldi, a lawyer, is founding partner and owner of Lexant Studio Legale, specializing in civil law, contracts, business crisis management and credit recovery. With a past as a consultant for multinational companies and small and medium-sized enterprises, he now combines his legal practice with training and teaching activities on various topics related to his work, including Master's courses at prestigious Italian universities; he is also a lecturer at LUISS Business School. Author of texts published by Ipsoa, SOLE 24 Ore and Wolters Kluwer, Andrea Davide Arnaldi believes in lifelong learning and this value led him to found, with partners, Ask Advisory srl a company specializing in the activities' of consulting, training and certification of business processes.
