R&D, Amadori Group
Passionate about the food world from an early age, after graduating from a hospitality school he earned a degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Culture. Following several experiences in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, he joined the Amadori Group for an internship in Quality Assurance, followed by a training path in Research and Development. Currently, as an R&D Breaded Products Specialist, Alessandro is responsible for product maintenance and development, starting from ideation and prototyping through to industrialization and market launch. To keep up with evolving consumer needs, the continuous search for new ingredients and cutting-edge technologies is part of his daily work.
