That’s why Out of the Ring was created: a new, traveling and informal format dedicated to the world of Human Resources.

What is Out of the Ring?
It’s not your typical conference. It’s a networking aperitif designed for small and medium-sized business owners, HR Managers, and recruiters who want to step outside the usual patterns. A Senior HR Consultant and ICF-certified Coach with over 20 years of experience in international contexts. Formerly a Global Talent Manager for major corporate groups, Marzia has dedicated her career to designing recruitment and development processes for young talent in collaboration with leading technical universities worldwide. Her mission? To help organizations unlock people’s authentic potential and values.
