The FY Masterclass project was born from the strategic synergy between Forum Young, Gruppo Publisole, and Orogel. It is an innovative format designed to connect Generation Z (ages 18–25) with the world of innovation through a concrete, cross-sector narrative approach.

FY Masterclass is a content ecosystem created for television networks but designed to live everywhere:
- TV & video podcast: high-quality audio-video content also available on demand.
- Digital & social media: short-form educational clips and exclusive interviews for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Education: downloadable materials such as bibliographies and technical presentations to explore each topic in depth.
The format: 20 minutes of pure value
The program consists of a cycle of 10 episodes, each lasting 20 minutes. Production is organized into 5 intensive recording sessions. Each episode features:
- 1 Host: a moderator who guides and facilitates the discussion.
- 10 outstanding mentors: professionals who share real-life and career experiences.
- Active dialogue: 5 young participants leading the debate, supported by an audience of peers.
2026 focus: AI in real-world experience
The central theme is Artificial Intelligence in the workplace, explored not as theory, but through practical experiences and real-world applications.

- Creativity & Media: Video production, music, graphic design, and new languages for radio and television.
- R&D and Tools: Operational tools for administrative, social, and medical management.
