She studied and worked in Milan and in several countries around the world. Today, she lives in Cesena and puts her experience at the service of people and organizations who wish to evolve, grow, and enhance their potential. Marzia is a Senior Consultant in Strategic Human Resources Consulting and an ICF-certified Coach, with over 20 years of international experience in HR. Passionate about leadership and personal growth, she supports professionals, managers, and executives in their development journeys. As the Coordinator of an international coaching faculty, she designs and leads retreats and advanced training programs dedicated to the continuous development of other coaches. She collaborates, in partnership with service companies, with major organizations such as Bayer, Ferrari, Max Mara, Luxottica, Gruppo Autostrade, and Ferrovie dello Stato, focusing on talent development and working as a coach for managers and entrepreneurs. In the past, as a Global Talent Manager, she designed and led processes in assessment, training, engagement, and development. Her clients appreciate her listening skills, determination, and the passion she brings in helping them rediscover what truly matters - the essence of the person.Today, her focus is to continue supporting large companies as a strategic consultant, expand collaborations in Emilia-Romagna by bringing best practices and tailored solutions, and nurture her passion for coaching through ongoing study and exchange with colleagues in international teams.
