Marlène Magnani

Italian-French, she graduated in Psychology in Cesena over 20 years ago. After her degree, she lived in Bologna and then in the Tuscan Maremma for 5 years, where she worked as a Career Guidance Consultant at the Grosseto Employment Centers and in guidance training.

She is a coach, trainer, and consultant in the field of Human Resources, dedicated to enhancing personal and organizational well-being. She is a facilitator and a member of the Board of Directors of the “Community of Practice in Coaching” APS. She lives in Cesena and collaborates with people across the country thanks to the ability to work and manage teams remotely, using interactive whiteboards she particularly enjoys, as they allow people to collaborate effectively.

Passionate about lifelong learning, she attends at least one training course every year because she believes in everyone’s potential for continuous personal and professional growth.

On the banner of her LinkedIn page, she has adopted the words, “It’s impossible to predict the future, but if you can design it, you make the future possible.” She prefers to talk about “futures” to highlight the freedom of choosing between different options, each one open for creation—especially through collaboration. “Designing” reflects her passion for Design Thinking, a discipline that aligns well with her approach to addressing people’s needs and creating meaningful spaces through collective intelligence.
