Riabitare l'Italia

32 years old, a teacher of literary subjects in secondary schools. Active in associations and cultural animation related to themes such as the revitalization of cultural spaces, ecology, territory, internal areas, marginality, and depopulation of villages. A member of Legambiente, Riabitare l’Italia, and the San Bonaventura Foundation (active in the recovery and maintenance of cultural heritage), he has participated, along with the latter, in the planning and organization of various festivals and cultural events dedicated to these topics. Among them, Matese&ClimateChange, an annual event in Castello del Matese (CE), focused on bringing together university teachers, scholars from various fields related to the locations, environmental activists, and local operators; Dal Matese al Mondo, an annual appointment in Piedimonte Matese (CE), designed to intersect themes of orientation and the specificities of internal areas, overcoming the dichotomy of staying-leaving.

He has also coordinated the podcast series Spaesati, stories of ordinary rurality, featuring contributions from university teachers on various themes related to internal areas, starting from the book Un Paese di Paesi by Rossano Pazzagli. With the cultural animation group of the local Diocesan Library, he is committed to promoting reading and the potential of libraries as strategic places for aggregation, the free circulation of knowledge, and critical elaboration of thematic knots related to ecology, depopulation, and the challenges of the mountains, through book presentations and the organization of round tables, conferences, public assemblies, and moments of sharing best practices.
