A young chef from Romagna, Jacopo Ticchi already has several prestigious experiences in national and international restaurants behind him, which led him, in 2019, to open Trattoria da Lucio, an avant-garde restaurant that enhances tradition, in Rimini, together with partners Enrico Gori and Roberto Magnani. In 2021, he channeled the vast experience he gained despite his young age, his passion for his work, for ingredients and unexpected techniques into Oltre la frollatura, the first Italian book dedicated to fish maturation, published by Maretti.
