Ilaria Ricatti

After several precarious jobs and years as the head of a gymnasium, she deepened her passion for filmmaking and decided to get back into the game, enrolling in DAMS, a filmmaking major, which took her to Hollywood for an internship. A digital nomad in her soul, to combine an exciting job and a high quality of life, on the sea with her family and her cat, she creates for herself a job that matches her. She thus founded, together with a partner with whom she discovered affinity and female collaboration, Linknetic, a Visual Effects Business Academy for training digital artists in Film and Game, whose teaching staff now includes internationally renowned Oscar winners. Intrapreneurship and a desire to get involved led Ilaria to create her own business, on her own terms, working remotely with the United States since before smart working became a reality for so many.
