Guido Stratta

Graduated with honors in law in Turin and obtained a master's degree with honors in marine biology from the Marche Polytechnic University, Guido Stratta began his professional career in 1988 at the Italgas Group, where he held positions in the HRO area, including Head of Industrial Relations and Compensation, and then joined the Wind Group in 2001, holding various positions including Head of Industrial Relations and Head of Development and Management. 
He joined the Enel Group in 2003, holding various positions in the HRO area, becoming Head of Human Resources at Enel Green Power in 2008, and then being appointed Chief Executive Officer of Enel. He then went on to 3SUN, a Group company developing and marketing distributed generation solutions in solar and energy efficiency, and then held his current role as Director People and Organization of the Enel Group from October 1, 2020, starting in 2014.
