Giorgio Barrera

Giorgio Barrera (Cagliari, 1969) has won several photography awards and exhibited his works in Italy and abroad. His research, through various experimental methods and project methodologies, is aimed at creating new imagery. He promotes and oversees cultural projects, and since 2020, he has been curating the series of volumes Anatomy and Dynamics of a Territory (Quinlan). Among his publications are The Battle of Images (Postcart, 2016), Battlefields 1848-67 (Silvana Editoriale, 2011), and Through the Window (Zone Attive, 2009).
