Francesco Margreth

I have 20 years of experience in the commercial field, first in rapidly growing family-owned businesses and then as a National Key Account for large industrial groups, responsible for the entire sales process.

Since 2010, I have provided commercial consultancy for the development of various projects at the national and international levels: from importing promotional gadgets from China to opening a chain of focaccerie (a type of bakery) from Genoa in Miami, from marketing Korean dash cams to taxi drivers to selling software in the SAP sector. Ultimately, I have developed a passion for the world of human resources.

In 2019, I founded Kekyjob srl, a headhunting company that combines experience with innovative technologies (Seniority+HR Tech). Since its inception, social issues and the well-being of individuals have been at the center of the company's vision.

By working with those who manage the human capital of companies, I have the opportunity to propose initiatives on topics that are close to my heart. Currently, I promote Navigare Consapevoli, which aims to raise awareness among adults about the digital education of children and young people, and Job Station, which focuses on the integration of individuals with mental health challenges into the workforce.
