Francesco Brianzi
Councilor for Youth Policies, City of Piacenza.
Born in 1996, he graduated cum laude in Musicology and earned a diploma in Percussion Instruments and Applied Music from the Conservatory. He is a musician, composer, and producer. Since 2021, he has been the president and founder of the ensemble and school Tempus Fugit Percussion, a project that won the ICC Incredibol Award. He collaborates with MIDA, Te quiero Euridice, and Alessandro Colpani, including in RAI productions.
Since 2022, he has served as Councilor for Youth Policies, University and Research, Next Generation EU, and Agenda 2030 for the city of Piacenza. He is a board member of LEAP and MUSP, research centers at the Tecnopolo of Piacenza. As part of his role, he established Piacenza 2030 'Giovane Città Futura,' which won the Cresco Award 2023 for Sustainable Cities. He is a member of the Y7 for the G7 Italy 2024. He is also a scout leader in AGESCI, with whom he has served at two jamborees in Asia.
