Francesca Amadori

Francesca Amadori is an experienced professional in the field of Corporate Communication. With over 20 years in major companies, first with the IKEA Group and later in the Food sector, she now serves as a consultant for businesses and associations, assisting them in implementing communication strategies and managing partnerships with agencies. She specializes in projects related to internal and external communication, press office, crisis management, and public relations.

In addition to her role as a communication consultant, she also teaches communication and public speaking courses at trade associations and high schools. She collaborates with experts in adolescent training, working to develop young people’s communication skills and preparing them for future challenges.

Her passion for social initiatives has always been a key part of her professional commitment, starting with her role as president of Romagna Iniziative, where she promoted social, sports, and cultural projects to enhance the local area. Currently, she is part of the In The Boardroom program, an advanced training initiative that prepares men and women for board roles with a specific focus on gender equality and sustainability.
