Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience, she has been involved in the design and coordination of regional public projects and policies in the field of skills development. Currently, she works at the Competences and Territories for Innovation Unit of ART-ER Attrattività Ricerca Territorio, where she manages relationships with local stakeholders who support talent and the regional program It-ER International Talents Emilia-Romagna, aimed at developing initiatives and services for the attraction and retention of international talent. She also supports the Emilia-Romagna Region in coordinating initiatives related to Regional Law 2/2023 on the attraction, retention, and enhancement of talent.
