Premised on the fact that for us 'young' means by age 29, and premised on the fact that 2 years of pandemic have perimetered with comfort zones a generation already quite comfortable in its own choices, premised also on the fact that very little we, from private to public entities, do to retain the best minds, the excellent young ones are there. Perhaps more hidden, less eccentric and tiktokkerare, they prefer to spend their free time on their own interests and, if they do not find attention, go elsewhere.
