Simone Tani
Teacher and advisor
Simone Tani works on innovative projects related to the metropolitan city of Florence and the City of Milan. He teaches leadership at LUISS and Unilink Campus University.
He is an advisor to the Adriano Olivetti Leadership Institute and collaborates with the Center for Strategic Therapy in Arezzo on issues of the psychology of change. He is a PhD in economics of innovation at the S. Anna School of Pisa and wrote Psychoeconomics (2018) together with Giorgio Nardone.
He teaches his students how to cope, but especially how to deal with what changes.
He thinks that never before has change been just an external dimension or a linear process, but something deeper, a continuous phenomenon of transformation.
