Italian by origin, British by training, Carlotta has experienced firsthand how boundaries are nothing more than a social construct: there is nothing physical to stop us in our personal and professional growth.
After a degree in Communication Design from Milan Polytechnic and a few years as a photographer, Carlotta moved to London.
Always fascinated by what moves people and their behaviors, Carlotta graduated from Kingston University with a Masters in Marketing and Brand Management and began her journey as a strategic planner in the British advertising world. After 5 years in some of the most prestigious agencies, such as J. Walter Thompson, she decided to leave London accepting an offer from Publicis Milan; it was time to explore the world of advertising in Italy.
Following this experience, Carlotta packed her bags again, this time accepting a position in Dublin, where she still works as Associate Director of Strategy and Insight, exploring the intersection of culture, communication and behavioral psychology.
